Providing a safe space for adolescents and young adults in Illinois.

About Me
Welcome!
My name is Samantha Núñez (she/her), though most people call me, ‘Sam’. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the Chicago area, and I offer teletherapy to adolescents ages 12 and up, as well as college-aged young adults (18–25) throughout Illinois.
As a Latinx therapist and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand that beginning therapy can come with uncertainty, hesitation, or fear. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and affirmed from the very start. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion into each session, and I invite you to show up exactly as you are.
My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, meaning our work together is shaped by your unique experiences, values, and goals. I focus on listening deeply, offering validation, and collaborating with you in ways that feel supportive and meaningful.
I believe therapy can be valuable for anyone, regardless of where you are in life or what brings you in. Having a dedicated space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges can be a powerful step toward greater balance, clarity, and well-being.
